The cost of an iMessage keyword is R995, excluding Vat, and is
valid for 12 months. At the end of the 12 months you will have
the option of renewing your keyword.

To ensure that your changes have been saved, click on the
Save button and thereafter click anywhere on the screen
to exit/access a new menu option.

No, you will have sole access to the particular keyword
for the duration of your subscription.

still available on a different shortcode.?
You buy the keyword on a specific shortcode, so it might be
available on the other shortcodes, in which case you would
have to purchase them on all the shortcodes.

How can I setup a competition that lasts only for a
particular period of time?
Access the Competition option within the services in
the Control Panel. You can then select the start date
and end of date of the of the competition.

Are the credits earned for incoming SMS"s immediately
available for use for outgoing SMS?
Yes, the credits will be immediately available.

The cost to send a single sms using quick send is 500 credits

Simply login to the control panel and click on 'my account' followed by 'account details' where you will see your account balance

How do I add more than one sub-keyword to a keyword?
You probably added a service to the main keyword,
and therefore cannot add a sub-keyword. Remove the
service from the main keyword, and then click on
the "Click here to create a sub-keyword" link
to add a sub-keyword.

I setup a service on my keyword and sent an sms to test the service out, but have not had a reply?
